Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
Deltiberon ("we," "us") makes MedLobby Sync, software that connects MedLobby AI clinical documentation with the athenaOne electronic health record. This policy explains how we handle information.
Who we serve
MedLobby Sync is used by healthcare practices and their staff. We do not offer it directly to patients. When we handle protected health information (PHI), we do so on behalf of a practice under a Business Associate Agreement, and the practice's own privacy practices also apply.
Information we handle
- Practice data from athenaOne: appointment schedules, patient demographics, clinical history, encounter information and patient documents, accessed only as the practice authorizes.
- Clinical documentation: notes, diagnoses and procedure codes that providers create and review in MedLobby AI before sending to athenaOne.
- User account data: names, email addresses and roles of practice staff who use MedLobby, plus activity logs.
How we use it
Only to provide MedLobby Sync to the practice: preparing visits, formatting documentation, writing provider-approved content to athenaOne, supporting users, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell information, use PHI for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers bound by agreements that protect it, or where the law requires.
Security
MedLobby Sync runs on Google Cloud under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and every read and write is logged.
Retention
We keep practice data only as long as needed to provide the service or as the practice's agreement and applicable law require, then delete it securely.
Patients
If you are a patient and have questions about your health information, please contact your healthcare provider, who controls your records.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
